Our Story
FlashBooks was born from a simple observation: millions of Indian businesses still struggle with GST invoicing and bookkeeping. Small shopkeepers in Surat, freelance designers in Bengaluru, chartered accountants in Delhi managing dozens of MSME clients — all dealing with the same pain points. Complicated software that requires training, expensive solutions that don't fit MSME budgets, and tools that weren't built for the Indian GST framework from the ground up.
We set out to build something different. FlashBooks is designed from day one for the Indian business context — CGST, SGST, IGST calculations, HSN/SAC codes, GSTIN validation, multi-state invoicing, and compliance with Indian regulations. Not a foreign product adapted for India, but a product built for India.
